Refund policy
Effective Date: March, 2025
Because each item in our store is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Customer errors (wrong size, color, design, or address)
- Buyer’s remorse
- Sizing issues (please consult the size chart before ordering)
Exceptions:
We will provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you if:
- The item arrives damaged or misprinted
- You receive the wrong product
- The item is lost in transit (after a reasonable delivery window has passed)

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue at the following link: MagickFreedom.
We will not process replacements or refunds without visual proof.
