Refund policy

Effective Date: March, 2025

Because each item in our store is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Customer errors (wrong size, color, design, or address)
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Sizing issues (please consult the size chart before ordering)

Exceptions:
We will provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you if:

  • The item arrives damaged or misprinted
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The item is lost in transit (after a reasonable delivery window has passed)

We will not process replacements or refunds without visual proof.
